Instant Puranpoli

Instant Puranpoli

Ingredient

100gm

gramflour

1 - 1/4th cup

Sugar

1/4th tsp

Cardamom powder

1/4th tsp

Nutmeg powder

1 1/2 cup

Milk

1 tbsp

Ghee

5-6 strands

Saffron

2 cups

Flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the ingredients for the cover and make a soft dough of it

* Step 2

For stuffing, pour ghee in a kadhai.. Add gram flour in it and roast it until it gets light brown.

* Step 3

Pour milk in it, when milk dries then add sugar and other ingredients in it.

* Step 4

Stuffing shouldn't very soft or very hard /dry.. It should be like Puran only.

* Step 5

Make a small roll with the cover and keep small ball of stuffing on it.. Cover it from all the sides.

* Step 6

Shallow fry with ghee from both the sides.

* Step 7

Serve with ghee.
