Paneer veg wraps

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Semi boil carrots, beans and capsicum. Keep aside. Grind tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chilli to a paste.

* Step 2

Heat oil. Add the tomato paste. Fry till oil comes on top. Add all the masalas. Add the boiled vegetables and paneer cut into cubes. Mix well

* Step 3

Make a soft dough with flour, oil and salt by adding water. Keep aside for 10 mins

* Step 4

Make lachha paratha with the dough. Spread green chutney and chill garlic sauce on the paratha. Place some vegetable mixture in the middle. Sprinkle onion, lemon juice and chat masala on top. Roll the paratha.
