Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boil the eggs 🥚. Then cut into half portion and sprinkle some chaat masala on the top and keep aside.
* Step 2
Now in bowl add all the ingredients and mix it by adding water to make a smooth batter.
* Step 3
Now dip the egg piece in the batter and dip in the preheated oil and fry it from both sides till golden and crispy.
* Step 4
Remove it to a kitchen towel and sprinkle some chaat masala on the top.
* Step 5
Our yummy crispy egg chop are ready to serve.
