Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the green chilli then slit the chilli in the middle (do not divide it).

* Step 2

Now in a pan heat the oil and fry the slitted chilles form all the sides well.

Now transfer it in a bowl or plate and sprinkle some salt on it and squeeze the lemon on the slitted area and mix it.

* Step 4

Our delicious spicy chilli fry is ready to serve.
