Green chilli and coriander chutney with tadka

Ingredient

1/2 inch

ginger

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

1 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixi jar add ginger garlic green chilli and coriander leaves blend it to make paste.

* Step 2

Now for tadka heat up a pan with oil add cumin seeds and curry leaves crackle it then switch off the flame.

* Step 3

Pour the tadka in the paste and add salt and mix it well.

Our spicy chutney is ready.
