Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First heat a pressure cooker with oil add all the whole spices sauté it then add onion fry till soft.

* Step 2

Now add tomato fry for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder and salt mix it and add beef pieces mix it well.

* Step 3

Then add all the powdered masalas and fry it for 5-7 minutes on high flame.

* Step 4

After that add enough water cover and pressure cook for 10 minutes or until 50% cooked.

* Step 5

After that open the lid and cook it on high flame till oil separates on the top.

* Step 6

Now add whole red chilli (remove the seeds), sliced lauki (you can add lauki in cube shape) mix it and add little water, again cook it for 7-8 minutes till it’s done.

Our delicious lauki gosht are ready to serve.
