Pav buns
Very easy to make at home. I tried it for the first time at home And it turned out very soft. so I wanna share with you. You can use it for pav bhaji or enjoy it at tea time ☕️. Try this.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a bowl add milk sugar and yeast mix it and keep aside for 5-7 minutes.
* Step 2
Now in a bowl add all purpose flour and salt mix it, now add the yeast mixture gradually and mix it.
* Step 3
Now on a flat surface knead the dough for about 15 minutes or until the dough becomes soft and sticky. At butter 2-3 times at the time of kneading.
* Step 4
Now cover it and leave for 1 hour at warm place to rise.
* Step 5
After 1 hour punch 🤛 the dough to remove air. Knead it again for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 6
Now divide the dough into 7-8 equal parts and make round ball out of it and put it into a greased pan.
* Step 7
Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then brush it with milk.
* Step 8
Now bake it for about 40-45 minutes on 180 degrees in preheated oven.
* Step 9
After that 45 minutes remove it from oven and cover it with samp cloth and let it cool down completely.
