Roll sheets / wrapper
Very easy to make. You can use these sheets for spring roll, samosa or any roll recipes. Must try this.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add flour and salt and mix it well then add water gradually and knead it to make little bit stiff dough.
* Step 2
Cover it and rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
After 10 minutes make small round balls out of it.
* Step 4
Flatten the balls with the help of a rolling pin. Flatten 5 balls.
* Step 5
Now spread oil over the flatten roti and make a layer of all the 5 roti.
* Step 6
Then sprinkle some flour and roll it slightly thick.
* Step 7
Then cook it from both sides on a preheated tawa.
* Step 8
Now carefully remove the sheets one by one.
* Step 9
Our roll sheets are ready. You can put it in ziplock bag and store it in refrigerator.
