Healthy raita recipe. In my home we served this raita with biryani and everyone liked it very much. #goldenapron

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First beat the curd for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.

* Step 2

Now take all the listed ingredients in a mixing jar grind it to make paste.

* Step 3

Pour the paste in the curd and mix it well, now add salt and little water to adjust the consistency, mix it then add onion again give it a good mix.

* Step 4

Our yummy raita is ready.

* Step 5

Enjoy.
