Dal fry

#colouryellow Healthy and tasty recipe. We know that dal is very healthy for all of us because it is very rich in protein, so I want to share with you.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First soak the dal for 1 hour. After soaking wash it 3-4 times and strain the water.

* Step 2

Now in a pressure cooker pour the dal and add 3 cups of water, salt, turmeric powder, and green chilli, mix and cover the lid and cook for one whistle on high flame and 15 minutes on medium to low flame.

* Step 3

After 15 minutes open the lid and mix it with the help of a whisk.

* Step 4

Now heat up a pan with oil add chopped onion green chilli and garlic, fry it for a minute till colour changed.

* Step 5

Now pour the tadka into the prepared dal and mix it and our dal fry is ready. Serve hot.

* Step 6
