Shami kabab
I made this shami kabab in Lucknow style and it turned out awesome. The taste is super 😋. We can made it for any occasion. #kidstiffin

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a pressure cooker add all the ingredients and mix it well (except the ingredients of the time of mixing). Now add 1 cup of water and cover the lid and cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 15-20 minutes on medium to low flame.
* Step 2
After 20 minutes let it cool down and open the lid and grind this mixture nicely.
* Step 3
Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
* Step 4
Now heat up a pan or tawa with oil and take small portion of the mixture and make round ball and flatten it and drop in the oil, do with all of the mixture.
* Step 5
Fry it for 5 minutes from one side then flip it and fry for another 5 minutes on medium to low flame.
* Step 6
After that remove it to a plate and our delicious shami kabab is ready. Serve with paratha or roti.
