Ingredient

1 spoon

oil

to taste

Salt

1/4 tea spoon

turmeric powder

1/4 tea spoon

red chilli powder

1 tablespoons

Lemon juice

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all put soaked moong in wet muslin cloth and hang it over night. you see the sprouts.

* Step 2

Then these sprouts with salt,turmeric powder cook in pressure till 1 whistle goes on.put some water also when cooked in cooker.

* Step 3

Take a pan add oil in it then add Jeera, chopped onions and tomatoes.saute it and add all dry masalas then add sprouts and lemon juiceand serve it.
