Aalu gobhi veg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep the pan on medium flame. Add oil to the pan when the oil is hot add jeeera, chopped ginger, garlic. After some time add green chilli and tomato.

* Step 2

When tomato is soft add turmuric powder, chilli powder and salt. And cover the pan with plate and on low flame. After 1 minute, take out the plate and add chopped cauliflower and potato.

* Step 3

Mix it well.. cover it with plate on low flame. After 6 to 7 minutes take out the plate and check the vegetable that whether they are cooked or not.

* Step 4

If not cooked then again cover it with plate. If cooked take out the plate and let it be on low flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 5

When it leaves the oil add garam masala and mix it. Off the flame. Now it is ready to be served with a chapati..
