Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep the non sticking pan on a medium flame and add desi ghee.
* Step 3
Add besan in it and start roasting the besan till it starts giving out a nutty aroma.
* Step 4
Roast a little more by continuously stirring it, till the ghee leaves the sides of the pan.
* Step 5
Switch of the flame.Allow it to cool
* Step 6
Add the powdered sugar, almond powder, cardamom powder and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
* Step 7
Now grease your palms and take the roasted mixture in the hands and roll them into rounded balls.
* Step 8
Your delicious divine simple sweet is ready
