Tomato juice

It's tomato juice not a soup ..The basic method is the same but here you drink this chilled mixed with little sugar and lemon .

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

10 mints
1 teaspoon

black salt

1/2 teaspoon

blk pepper powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash fresh red tomatoes

* Step 2

Cut them into big pieces and pour them into a pan with four to five cups water and simmer it for 5 to 7 minutes till they become soft and tender.

* Step 3

Now allow them t0 cool

* Step 4

Strain it using a big strainer

* Step 5

Add lemon juice,black salt,sugar,black pepper.

* Step 6

Add more water and adjust it's consistency.

* Step 7

Refrgerate and serve chilled.
