Medu vadas are common festive savouries specially in southern region of india..
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak urad dal overnight or 4 -5 hours..
* Step 2
Grind them into fine paste by adding chopped ginger, green chillies.salt n jeera powder.your thick consistency batter is ready.
* Step 3
Now heat the oil in a wok to a medium flame..
* Step 4
Grease your hands with a little oil..and water..
* Step 5
Keep the batter on your palm..make a hole in the centre..
* Step 6
Now slip this ball to the oil carefully..
* Step 7
Like this do it for other vadas balls too
* Step 8
Flip the other side when vadas turn golden brown..
* Step 9
Take out all vadas slowly on a tissue paper once they all turn golden brown..
* Step 10
Enjoy these vadas with green chutney, tomato sauce, coconut chutney, tamarind chutney or sambar The choice is yours..
