This is a fusion pasta my own innovation in which I have not used any Italian herbs n sauces .and cheese in fact hv used the desi ingredients like turmeric jeera kasoori methi cashews ...and to give it a creamy touch I have used here the yoghurt...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the required amount of water and add pasta into it and little oil to avoid sticking.Boil them till they become soft n tender.
* Step 2
After boiling drain out the water from the pasta under cold running water..keep the pasta aside
* Step 3
Meanwhile..take a wok..Add oil..Add jeera n allow it to splutter..
* Step 4
Add all the chopped veggies n stir fry them
* Step 5
Add all the spices and mix them thoroughly..
* Step 6
Now add the pasta into it...add kasoori methi..
* Step 7
Add curd into it.stir it Add cashews in it.
* Step 8
Your yummy shahi muglai pasta is ready
