Lchf ladoos

Ladoos are ball shaped sweets usually made of flour. This is a variant using unsweetened khova- dried milk (almost like ricotta) for a great Low Carbs High Fat dessert.

Ingredient

30 mins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the khova in ghee to moisten. Add 2/3 rd of the dessicated coconut and all of the coconut powder. Mix well.

* Step 2

Take off heat, and roll the batter into balls. Coat the ball with coconut by rolling into the remaining dessicated coconut.

Leave in the fridge to chill and set. Serve at room temperature.
