Steamed Chicken with Rosemary and Thyme
A Healthy way of making chicken and tasting good. :)
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 to 3 servings

30 to 40mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinade Chicken cuts with water+soysauce and calamansi or lemon for 15 mins
* Step 2
In your pan for steaming.. line with aluminim foil
* Step 3
At the bottom of pan line witb chopped shallots and ginger
* Step 4
Next, arrange your chicken marinated cuts
* Step 5
Sprinkle on top of chicken olive oil.. salt and pepper, dabble chinese cooking wine
* Step 6
Lastly, add on top your chopped spring onion leaves
* Step 7
You can add green bell peppers last for added vegetable
* Step 8
Cover everything up with the foil for heat to circulate... then steam for 30 to 40 mins until chicken is cooked well.
