Ketchup

Chili Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sprinkle the prawns with the sugar, Ginger, Sherry, and Soy Sauce and let stand for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat oil and fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes and then add the marinade, ketchup, chili sauce, and water to desired consistency. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
