Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak desi chana for 6-8 hours.
* Step 2
Then grind them coarsely.
* Step 4
Mix grinded chane and mashed potatoes.
* Step 6
Make a paste of cornflour in water.
* Step 7
In chana potato mix add all spices and salt.
* Step 8
Make kabab of desired shape and dip in cornflour paste and cover it with bread crumbs.
* Step 10
Fry till golden brown from both sides.
