Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1/2 kg

khoya/mawa

3 cup

Sugar

1 1/2 cup

water

as needed

Ghee

as needed

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make sugar syrup by adding sugar in water,making it thick and boil till 1 thread consistency.add cardamom in it.

* Step 2

For dough grate khoya add all-purpose flour in it.add milk in batches to make smooth dough.dough should be made very smoothly

Make balls and it should not have any cracks in it.put chironji daana in between the balls.

* Step 4

Now heat a kadai fry gulabjamuns till golden brown.

Keep it cool for 2-3 minutes

* Step 6

Now put them in sugar syrup

* Step 7

See that syrup should be hot but not very hot

* Step 8

With the help of spoon turn them to the other side

* Step 9

Keep it in syrup and enjoy delicious gulabjamuns with syrup
