Nutmeg

1 cup

Milk

1 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds in it and let it crackle.

* Step 2

Add cardamom,nutmeg,bay leaves,cloves and let it crackle.

* Step 3

Grind onion to make a paste.

* Step 4

Soak cashew half an hour before grind it to paste.

* Step 5

First add onion paste then add black pepper powder and salt.

* Step 6

Saute the onion paste and add Ginger garlic paste.

* Step 7

Add milk in it and mix it nicely.

* Step 8

Let it cook completely.

* Step 9

Now add malai in it.

* Step 10

Cut paneer in desired shape and add to the shahi gravy,sprinkle grated paneer,chopped coriander leaves and malai over the top.serve with roti or naan.
