Boondi raita

#flavour3 sour This delicious boondi raita is just mouthlicking.It is generally made in all indian bones at least once or twice in a week.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 cup

Gramflour

1 cup

Curd

1 pinch

Asafoetida

as needed

Oil

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a thin paste of gramflour with water

* Step 2

Add red chilli Powder,carrom seeds,salt and little oil

* Step 3

Now with a steel sieve make boondi and fry in hot oil

* Step 4

It should be fried till brown

* Step 5

Grind curd and add water in it

* Step 6

Add boondis,salt in it

* Step 7

Heat little oil

* Step 8

Prepare tempering of curry leaves,cumin seeds,red chilli powder asafoetida

* Step 9

Pour over the raita

* Step 10

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
