Cooking instructions

First take gram flour in a bowl

In it add asafoetida, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt, carom seeds.

For aloo bhujiya mix 2 boil potatoes in little gram flour paste.
* Step 5
Take tikti and make sev in it.
* Step 6
In oil make sev and fry till brown on both sides
* Step 7
Take tikti and make all other sev laung one and plain one in tikti
* Step 9
For gangiya take sev maker and make ganthiya and dry in hot oil
* Step 10
Yummy sev is ready to be served.
