Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast waterchestnut flour in a kadai by adding ghee in it
* Step 2
Roast till brown add sugar in it
* Step 3
Now mix it nicely Cook till it gets thickened up
* Step 4
Grease a plate with little ghee now put the cooked flour over it and spread nicely
* Step 5
Cut it in desired shape with a knife
