Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a dough of all purpose flour.add little moin of ghee in it.

* Step 2

Roll into big thick roti and cut from center

* Step 3

Now with the help of knife cut into small pieces.

* Step 4

Fry them in ghee till golden brown

* Step 5

Now make a thin sugar syrup.add cut fried pieces in it.keep it aside after frying.

* Step 6

Then make the syrup thick.add pieces in it.mix it till sugar coats nicely.

* Step 7

Yummy shakarpare ready
