Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare a dough of all purpose flour.add some ghee in it as a moin
* Step 2
Roast mawa in low flame continuously
* Step 3
Roast till nice aroma spreads everywhere
* Step 4
Let it cool.add boora sugar in it. stuffing ready.
* Step 5
Make small pooris of all purpose flour
* Step 6
Take a Guriya maker.Fill in the stuffing.
* Step 7
Seal it on all side with a little paste of all purpose flour in water
* Step 8
Fry it in ghee on all sides till crisp
