Soak saboot moong overnight

Next day drain water and wait for the sprouts

* Step 3

Heat oil a pan crackle cumin seeds

* Step 4

Add chopped onions and green chilli.add turmeric powder and salt in it

* Step 5

Add sprouts mix nicely

* Step 6

Add lemon juice in it
