Ingredient

4-5 leaves

spinach

1 piece

Ginger

3-4 pieces

garlic

1 tsp

Butter

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop the veggies

* Step 2

Take them into pressure cooker.add salt and water

* Step 3

Let it whistle for 2pressures

* Step 4

Blend it on cooling with a blender till it gets smooth and pureed

* Step 5

In a pan heat butter add crushed garlic and grated ginger.saute little add the puree in it.

* Step 6

Adjust the consistency of soup by adding water. add black pepper in it.

* Step 7

Mix well.enjoy healthy soup.
