Chaina balls dipped and rabri

1 litre

milk(any)

1 tbsp

Dry fruits

2 tsp

Vinegar

2 tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk add vinegar and prepare chaina

* Step 2

Tie it in muslin cloth for 10-15 minutes

* Step 3

After that mash it nicely and prepare small size chaina balls

* Step 4

Boil it in sugar syrup for 10-12 minutes till the size becomes double

* Step 5

When it cools press lightly with hands

* Step 6

Boil milk to make rabdi.add sugar and in add condensed milk

* Step 7

Dip the balls in rabdi

* Step 8

Refrigerate it before serving.
