Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak white peas at night.pressure cook it in morning by adding turmeric powder and salt in it till it's cooked.
* Step 2
Boil and mashed potatoes add bread crumbs salt and spices in it.
* Step 3
Make tikkis and shallow fry in hot oil
* Step 4
For assembling put tikkis spread red chilli powder tamarind chutney curd chopped onion coriander leaves and white peas.
