Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl pour hot water add red chili soak. 15minsafter that drain water make a fine paste

* Step 2

Heat a Kadai pour oil add ginger garlic fry well.

* Step 3

Once well fried then add red chili paste.

* Step 4

Keep continuing to cook then add celery mix well.

* Step 5

Then add Anise powder and salt add drained chili water keep cook 10mins close lid

* Step 6

Once oil floating on top of gravy..it means ready to Serve.
