Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put moong dal,rice,methi seeds pour water wash it and soak 2hours
* Step 2
Then drain water put in a grinder make fine dosa batter kind
* Step 3
Rest batter for 2hours then add salt mix well
* Step 4
For stuffeing:heat a pan add butter
* Step 5
Then add onion keep statue then add giger garlic paste cook well
* Step 6
Until rawness left then add tomatoes
* Step 7
Keep cook until it becomes soften then add all spice powders
* Step 8
Mix well turn off flame..finally add coriander,take a papada crush it add in gravy
* Step 9
Heat a tavva pour batter make fine dosa shape
* Step 10
Add oil fry well until it becomes brown patches then stuff already prepared papad masala on top of dosa
* Step 11
Add butter then flip a side ready to serve along with chutney and sambar
