Ingredient

tart:

1 cup

flour

2 tsp

butter

1/2 cup

sugar

1 cup

hung curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put flour, sugar, butter and mix well. Then knead it to a smooth dough.

* Step 2

Then dough should be packed in a thin cover rest 15 mins.

* Step 3

Then take a small amount press with butter greased muffin mould press with fork these moulds should be bake 180 degrees at 15 mins.

* Step 4

Take a bowl put hung curd, sugar powder and beat continuously.

* Step 5

Then add mango pulp, dry fruit pieces, cardom powder and mix well.

* Step 6

Take a tart serve mango shrikhand in a tart sprinkle dry fruit pieces, tutti fruitti, finally garnish with mint leaves ready to serve.
