Creamy Kiwi Punch in Yakult Poori
Made with #yakult probiotic drink. Healthy twist to a popular street snack.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by beating cream cheese for 2 mins, until light. Add icing sugar, vanilla essence and 1 bottle of Yakult to it and beat again.
* Step 2
After beating for 2/3 minutes, the mixture will become creamy and light. Add finely chopped kiwi to it and mix well.
* Step 3
Take pre-made gol gappas/make your own puris and stuff with the mixture prepared.
* Step 4
Place stuffed kiwi cream poori over yakult bottles and serve chilled.
* Step 5
To eat, pour a little yakult in your pooris and gobble this unique gol gappa down. Healthy and delicious.
