Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take pumpkin Peel skin chop it transfer pumpkin pieces into steamer plate
* Step 2
Once pumpkin perfect softened smash with fork,a dd flour,sugar powder,yeast mix well make sure lump free kneaded soft dough
* Step 3
Then smash dough with palms for activation of yeast,then cover with cotton cloth rest 1 hour,take dough make into handful amount of dough equal portions
* Step 4
Take each dough make round shape for stuffing,place red bean stuff close nicely,take a 6 pieces of tread (bindle thread)place each bun make a knot in middle as all pieces of thread look like pumpkin
* Step 5
Place all stuffed mantou into steamer plate place butter on base put into steamer it should be steam 20 mins it will increase size then remove thread garnish with raisins ready to serve
* Step 6
Soft innovative mantou is ready
