Oil free Bread bonda in a paniyarum pan

Bread bonda is a tasty snack which absorbs lot of oil when fried but when use in paniyarum pan it takes very less oil and turns out to be healthy too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bread slices separate sides keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a bowl put potato smash,add salt,chilli pieces,chilli powder,ginger,cumin and dhaniya powder add lemon juice mix well make round balls
* Step 3
Take each bread slice put inside aloo ball close nicely
* Step 4
Heat paniyarum pan place stuffed balls close lid cook 1min then turn all sides,once all sides get golden colour take out. Serve with tomato sauce
* Step 5
Ready to serve oil free aloo bonda.
