Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put rice,fenugreek seeds pour water to soak overnight then drain water transfer to blender add coconut make fine dosa batter like

* Step 2

Add salt,sugar,baking soda on to batter mix up well heat a pan apply oil on base

* Step 3

Take a dosa stick pour palappam batter on side edges to the cadai leave 2 mins once sides get brown colour take out serve with chutney or curry as per interest

* Step 4

Ready to serve palappam
