Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put flore,salt, pour water to make nice soft doe
* Step 2
Heat a cadai take small amount role it make round chpathi like put roti on tavva add water top just spread fri both sides once it gets roasted take out apply ghee
* Step 3
Mean while heat a cadai pour oil add tempering mustard,cumin seeds then add onion,chilli keep statue then add bengon pieces close lid for soften then add salt,chilli powder,turmeric,coriander,mix well
* Step 4
Heat another cadai pour oil add mustard,cumin seeds asfoeteda pinch mean while take a cup pour curd,besan add water
* Step 5
Mix well lumpfree batter these transfer to cadai pour water keep boil once it getting thick transfer to the serving bowl
* Step 6
Take a serving plate put bajra roti,bengon curry,dahi kadi,sweet,papads ready to serve winter bhog
