* Step 1

Next add jeera,Rai,green,red chilli Fri it raw ness is left over add hing,haldi mix up add curry leaves puliyogara tadaka is ready separate 1 TSP tadaka for garnish

* Step 3

Take a big mouth bowl put rice,add grated mango,add salt,and tadakamix all that flavour should bind to rice it gives good taste

* Step 4

Ready to serve raw mango puliyogara garanish with fried tadaka on top of rice
