Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take maida put on bowl add pinch soda and salt and ghee make nice sift batter like roti doe close lid in the mean while
* Step 2
Put cadai on firm put half spoon oil add sujo fri 1 min,(dry badam put mixy jar make half blended powder)next badam powder and sugar and Ilachi powder.. all these fri 2 min..inside bater ready to stuff
* Step 3
Take small doe make pori stuff badam powder close momo shape
* Step 4
Mean while put cadai for deep fri pour oil once heated..put prepared momoms one by one fri on slow flame..util gold colour will come
* Step 5
Plate the all momo shaped dry stuff badam ghujia is ready to serve just decorate Tooty fruity
