A traditional- healthy- delicious Maharashtrian recipe made of Sprouted moong, serve it with chapati for a breakfast or lunch box.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onion,curry leaves, green chilli and saute on medium heat for 1 minute, add ginger and garlic mix well,then add sprouted moong, turmeric powder, malvani masala, asafoetida,salt, mix well,now add water and pressure cook for 3 whistle.
* Step 2
Mooga chi Usal is ready it garnish with coconut and serve with chapati or phulka
