Fodnicha bhat is a Maharashtrian version of lemon rice,prepared mostly as breakfast with cooked rice.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds once they crackle, add hing and garlic.
* Step 2
Add onion,curry leaves, chillies, cook until turns translucent
* Step 3
Add turmeric powder and mix
* Step 4
Add cooked rice,salt,chopped coriander mix well
* Step 5
Fodnicha Bhat is serve with onion and aachar
