Crunchy sweet sour tasty khammng kakdi.this is an authentic traditional maharashtrian recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixing bowl add chopped cucumber, peanut powder, coconut, lemon juice,coriander, sugar, salt, mix well
* Step 2
Heat oil into a tadka pan add cumin seed and let them crackle
* Step 3
Add green chilli and Pour the tadka in the khammng kakadi and mix nicely
* Step 4
You can Serve this as side dish or as salad too
