Ingredient

brown lentils

2 cups

warm water

3 tablespoons

tomato

3 tablespoons

green pepper

2 tablespoons

green onions

2 tablespoons

parsley

2 tablespoons

lemon

1 teaspoon

black pepper

1 teaspoon

garlic powder

1.5 teaspoon

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the lentils and pour warm water over it and leave it for about half an hour.

* Step 2

Add a teaspoon of salt and cook.. then stir and wash the lentils with water just like boiled pasta.

* Step 3

Add tomato, green pepper,parsley, spring onion, mashed garlic,salt,black pepper, garlic powder,cumin, lemon and olive oil.

* Step 4
