Mango kulfi

Ingredient

1 ltr

milk

50 gm

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First we will thicken the milk till 1/3 of the quantity by boiling it and Stirring every 3-4 minutes.Then add sugar and mix well.After that allow it cool at room temperature.

* Step 2

Take one mango and peel it cut the pulp into small pieces and make paste by grinding.Take out it bowl.

* Step 3

Milk and grinded mango mix with a spoon.Put the mixture into the container and keep it in the freezer for 6-7 hours.the kulfi will be ready and serve it.
