Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

* Step 2

Add cumin seeds to crack then add besan.

* Step 3

Besan will roast until ithe is brown in oil.Then add tomatoes pure.

* Step 4

Then add salt,haldi powder, red chilli powder and stir well.Then add nutrela and aloo pieces and stir properly.

* Step 5

Add 1 glass water and covered the cooker 3-4 whistles after that open lid and chekhov the vegies well cooked or not.Add garam masala and garnish with green coriander leaves.

* Step 6

Now vegetables is ready and serve it.
