Ingredient

Food ration :

10 ladoos

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1/2 cup

peanuts

1 1/2 cup

jaggery

1 tsp

Ghee

As needed

Some water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat pan.On a low to medium flame roast sesame seeds.Stir continuously.

* Step 2

Remove it when seeds roast properly.

* Step 3

Crush the roasted peanuts to a coarsed texture.Keep them aside.

* Step 4

Heat the pan.Put jageery and some water.Stir continuously til it dissolves and sticky.

* Step 5

Add sesame seeds,crushed peanuts,cardamom powder.Give it a mix.Remove from pan.

* Step 6

Prepare ladoos when the mixture is still hot.

* Step 7

Grease your palms with ghee.Starts preparing ladoos by taking small small portions.

* Step 8

Make all ladoos this way.Allow it to cool down and store them in a air tight jar.Serve them as sweet snack.
