Chawal ke Faare (guziya)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana daal for 3 to 4 hours keep aside
* Step 2
Add boiling hot water to rice flour and suji.mix well and keep covered for half an hour
* Step 3
Meanwhile drain the water from chana daal and grind in a mixie jar along with green chillies (5to 6)
* Step 4
Remove in a plate.add sugar salt saunf powder. Chilli powder garam masala finely chopped coriander and oil.
* Step 6
Now make a smooth dough of rice flour and suji using hot water.add oil
* Step 7
Make small balls of the dough and roll out small round puris out of the balls
* Step 8
Spread the mix of chana daal on it
* Step 9
Fold it and press the corners well
* Step 10
Grease a jali wali plate of the steamer with oil
* Step 11
Roll out all the puris and make phare
* Step 12
Steam in a steamer for 20 mins
* Step 14
Add tadka of oil mustard seeds jeera curry leaves and hing and slit green chilles
* Step 15
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with tomato ketchup
